Join Our Organizing Team

Want to help out behind the scenes? Join our Organizing Team. It only takes a couple of hours a week to make a huge contribution to our all-volunteer group. 

• New Volunteer Outreach: Welcome new volunteers to learn about how they're interested in getting involved, direct them to things they can do, and help them find the States Win task or role that's the best fit.

• Social Media Manager: Take the lead with all things social media. We're currently active on Facebook, Bluesky, and Instagram. This position is a great resume builder!

• Tech Support: Help us make the most of our resources and keep our team operations running smoothly using tools like Google Workspace (team email, website, drive), Action Network (database, newsletters, list targeting), Mobilize (event management).

• Fundraising Lead: Develop and implement strategies for raising money for our candidates, organize large fundraiser events, or provide support to hosts of smaller fundraiser events.

• Community Hub Host: Anyone can become an organizer by hosting an event! Connect with friends and like-minded activists in your community by hosting a monthly, weekly, or occasional event focused on calling voters, fundraising, or raising awareness. 

• Talent: Donate your time and introduce friends and fellow volunteers to your passion. Whatever your talents -  cooking, arts and crafts, games (poker, mahjong), movement (self defense, tango), music, knowledge (history, nature, science) - we'd love to put your talents to work for the cause.

• Event Management: Help us help our volunteer host more events.
